About the studio
Thirty years of craft, now sharpened with AI.
Ember Forge Labs is a custom AI studio founded by two operators with deep roots in the businesses we serve. One of us spent years as a SaaS client success manager — working with organizations from a single user to over 4,000 employees to evaluate and implement the right software and keep their tech stacks lean and effective, growing with them and not against. The other led accounting and HR as a Vice President. Between us we bring over 30 years of combined experience in our respective fields.
We're channeling that experience — and a new love of AI — into helping businesses right-size, focus on long-term financial and technical health, and grow with AI as a cornerstone of their foundation.
Day to day, we build AI workflows, AI agents, and provide AI consulting for very small and small-to-midsize businesses. We welcome larger organizations too — but our focus is driving real efficiency, growth, and stability for the VSB and SMB markets, so the foundations of our communities don't get left behind.
